As a personal trainer with approximately 7 years of experience, Blake uses an integrative approach to work with clients from all walks of life with many different goals. This includes pregnant women, older populations, youth athletes, and people with physical limitations. He is passionate about  helping people move and feel better. His philosophy is about creating sustainable change for sustainable results and a lifetime of health and wellness. Blake works with his clients in the location of their choice, including his personal studio and in his clients' homes.  He continues to not only build on and learn from experience as a personal trainer, but also continues to grow and learn through education. Blake has a degree in Health Studies from Springfield College and holds certifications from StrongFirst and NASM.


Nutrition

Blake's philosophy of creating sustainable change for sustainable results not only applies to workouts, but to what goes into our bodies as well.  Nutrition plays a big role in achieving results from personal training, and Blake helps clients make smart nutritional  decisions that help them reach their goals.  He holds a certification from Precision Nutrition.
